Chef Saunders (who hails from London) has spent 25 years perfecting AllSpice's signature recipes by mixing rare spices, native to his mother's homeland of the Caribbean Islands, to create a delicious carte of unfamiliar flavors.

All menu items are made-from-scratch, using only the freshest ingredients available to ensure high-quality, flavor-focused eats for every guest. The relaxed yet refined 1400 square foot art-deco eatery was inspired not only by Chef Saunders' distinguished palate but his creative eye. Loft-style ceilings and industrial-sized steel beams boast the restaurant's industrial-chic aesthetic.

Oversized clear windows with corner to corner views of Sunset blvd are framed with white shutters and large tropical and Mediterranean palms giving the space an old quasi-colonial vibe. A clean, white background starts in the kitchen and cascades into the dining area. Carrera marble tops and solid wood dining tables flank the center of the hall giving a natural foundation to the comfortable look and feel of the restaurant.
